Kris Bryant Exits Early On Tuesday Against The Mets
4 years agoChicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant (hand) left Tuesday's game against the New York Mets early after being hit by a pitch in the first inning. Bryant was struck on the left hand by a Taijuan Walker offering in the top of the first, but he initially stayed in the game. He ran the bases and played in the field in the bottom half of the frame before Patrick Wisdom replaced him in the lineup. The team should provide an update on Bryant at the game's conclusion.
