7 years agoChicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon was interviewed earlier on Monday and said that third baseman Kris Bryant (eye) is “fine,” and it is 50-50 on whether he plays Tuesday night. Bryant suffered a laceration above his right eye Sunday after he was hit in the face. Bryant passed all of his concussion tests, but the team may still opt to give him another recovery day. More will be known when the Cubs release their lineup later Tuesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
