3 years agoChicago Cubs infielder/outfielder Kris Bryant will return to the Cubs lineup on Friday versus the Arizona Diamondbacks. Bryant left Tuesday's contest with hamstring fatigue, sat out on Wednesday and pinch-hit on Thursday. Bryant got off to a hot start this season, but has slowed down since with just 13 hits over his last 62 at-bats. The upcoming free agent is a trade candidate with the deadline coming up, but managers shouldn't worry about the team name on the front of his jersey with his history of success.
