2 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder/third baseman Kris Bryant (foot) is still in a walking boot and isn't doing baseball activities. The Rockies still haven't said whether it's possible that he'll return this year, but there are only 39 games left and he'd likely need to go on a minor league rehab assignment before returning to the big-league lineup. It's looking less and less likely that Bryant will play again in 2022. The 30-year-old slugger is dealing with plantar fasciitis in his left foot and hasn't played in a game since July 31. He has just 160 at-bats in his first year in Colorado, hitting .306/.376/.475 with an .851 OPS, five home runs, 14 RBI and 28 runs scored.
