3 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Kris Bryant (back) took a batting practice session on Friday. He received a cortisone injection on Monday, so it sounds like Bryant is making progress. The 30-year-old has been sidelined since April 25, so he is expected to need a minor league rehab assignment. The Rockies are expected to re-evaluate Bryant on Sunday and decide their next step after that.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
