7 years agoChicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant (head) will meet with team physician Dr. Stephen Adams on Thursday. Adams will determine if Bryant will be able to play on Thursday. Bryant was hit in the helmet on Sunday and has not played since. He has been taking batting practice, which is a good sign, but there is no need to rush him back, as there’s a big mental hurdle to recover from as well. Check back on Thursday to see if Bryant gets the green light. If he's starting, return him to your lineups.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
