6 years agoPittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang had a huge performance in Wednesday's 7-2 road victory against the New York Rangers, posting a goal, an assist, a plus-2 rating, four blocked shots and three hits. Center Sidney Crosby (1 G, 1 A), center Jake Guentzel (1 G, 1 A), right wing Patric Hornqvist (2 A), center Evgeni Malkin (1 G, 1 A) and center Dominik Simon (1 G, 1 A) also joined the multi-point club. The overload of offense was more than enough for goaltender Matt Murray, who picked up his sixth consecutive victory since returning from injury.--Daniel Dobish
