3 years agoPittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang will miss Saturday's contest versus Toronto after he was placed in the COVID-19 protocol. Jeff Carter is also out for the same reason but Tristan Jarry has come off the COVID-19 list and will start. Letang eats up over 26 minutes on the blue line, so there will be a lot of minutes to be shared around. The Penguins have called up Juuso Riikola from the AHL to join the mix. Letang has started the season with four points in as many games, producing eight shots and delivering 15 hits. According to head coach Mike Sullivan, the veteran defenseman isn't a confirmed positive, so it's possible that he'll miss just one game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
