2 years agoThe Packers waived quarterback Kurt Benkert on Friday. The 26-year-old spent most of last season on the practice squad, appearing in only one game in 2021 as a COVID-19 replacement for Jordan Love. While Benkert wasn't expected to receive interest in any fantasy league, the transaction could mean Green Bay will roll with two active quarterbacks, Love and Aaron Rodgers, during some or all of the season.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
