3 years agoKurt Busch kept fighting the course all afternoon at Road America. He was rewarded for his persistence with a fourth-place result. The No. 1 Chevy took advantage of the Hendricks Racing misfortune and a favorable long run at the end of the race. The elder Busch surged to ninth after Stage 1 and just kept right on rolling. He was fifth after Stage 2 and managed to move up one more position. His +12 place differential was a pleasant surprise as Busch extended his lead on the bubble to 25 points over Chris Buescher. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
