4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Kwang Hyun Kim (back) will throw an aggressive bullpen on Sunday, and could be good enough to return to the Cardinals this week, according to Zachary Silver of MLB.com. Kim was placed on the injured list with back tightness last weekend, in a recurrence of a back issue that has been plaguing him this season. Over nine starts this season, Kim is 1-4 with a 4.05 ERA and a 20.3 percent strikeout rate over 40 innings of work. He's really only a good option in NL-only formats in deep mixed leagues, but managers should keep an eye out for further updates on his impending return.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
