Kyle Allen Efficient In Loss To Giants
4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Kyle Allen completed 31 passes on 42 attempts for 280 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in a loss to the Giants on Sunday. Allen added eight rushing yards and also lost a fumble in the contest. While Allen played well, all anyone will remember from this game is a failed two-point conversion attempt with 36 seconds left in which Allen appeared to have a running lane to the end zone, but instead threw an incomplete pass. Despite the rough ending, Allen likely played well enough to remain the starter over Alex Smith and Dwayne Haskins. Allen will be a streamable QB2 in two-quarterback leagues with a good matchup with Dallas in Week 7.
