6 years agoIn a post-game interview on Wednesday night, Marlins manager Don Mattingly suggested that reliever Kyle Barraclough could get a chance at save opportunities in lieu of struggling closer Brad Ziegler going forward. Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports that Mattingly mentioned Barraclough as the one most likely to take over as closer, with Drew Steckenrider and Tayron Guerrero as other potential options to turn to. The closer situation in Miami will likely remain volatile for a while, but for now Barraclough should be added in most mixed leagues and all NL-only leagues.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
