7 years agoMiami Marlins closer Kyle Barraclough threw a 1-2-3 inning against the Giants on Tuesday night to nail down his third save of the month. Since taking over as closer, Barraclough is a perfect 3-for-3 in save opportunities, and has not allowed a base runner over his last five innings of work. Fantasy owners are enjoying the saves, but missing the strikeouts from Barraclough right now. After posting a 15.6 K/9 in April, Barraclough has put together a meager 4.3 K/9 since the beginning of May. Barraclough will continue to be a must-own as long as he remains the closer, but for now he is one of the lower-tier closers in fantasy.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
