3 years agoKyle Busch is a bit up against it. Only a handful of points separate tenth (where he is) from 14th in the Chase. The ninth-place finish at Richmond helped but he likely needs another top-ten to seal advancing into the Round of 12. The No. 18 car is more than capable of that result. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver has led 643 laps in his last seven races on the Bristol track. That leads all active drivers. His speed loops are all in the top six over the past six final segments (1st in three of those). It is safe to say if the younger Busch is close with less than 100 laps to go, he may have a good chance of winning on Saturday night. He needs it. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
