3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Kyle Garlick (hernia) is headed to the injured list with a sports hernia. Garlick appeared in Tuesday night's game, going 0-for-5 with three strikeouts, but will now be forced to miss some time with the ailment. It's yet another blow to a Twins' outfield already dealing with injuries, meaning the team will really have to test their depth at the center-field spot. Gilberto Celestino will be recalled once again and will likely appear in the Minnesota lineup Wednesday night against the New York Yankees.--Tim Capurso
