Kyle Gibson Picks Up Seventh Loss Friday
6 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson picked up his seventh loss on Friday as he allowed the Kansas City Royals to score four runs over 5 1/3 innings of work. Gibson struck out five and walked two in the outing. The veteran right-hander has been a solid fantasy performer this season, posting a 4-7 record, 3.57 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, and 119 strikeouts over 121 innings of work. Despite his solid results, he continues to go mostly overlooked in most fantasy leagues. While he may not be an every-week starting option, he definitely has value as a streamer in plus matchups.
