Kyle Gibson Pitches Well Again
6 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson turned in another strong performance on Saturday. Gibson held the Los Angeles Angels to two runs over seven innings of work, striking out five and walking two but he took the loss as his offense only gave him one run of support. Gibson now has a 1-4 record, 3.45 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, and 78 strikeouts in 75 2/3 innings of work. The right-hander has pitched well this season but his performance has gone under the radar because he only has one win, mostly due to bad luck. He is worth adding as a back-end fantasy starter in all leagues.
