2 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks (shoulder) is still two or three weeks away from being able to play catch, according to manager David Ross. The 32-year-old has been sidelined since July 6th due to a right shoulder strain. It sounds like it could be quite some time before we see Hendricks back on a big league mound. Luckily, an MRI revealed no structural damage, but regardless the Cubs are going to take the cautious approach.
