Kyle Larson Disappoints At Richmond Raceway
6 years agoGanassi Racing's Kyle Larson was involved in a wreck on Saturday night at the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway, and he was limited to 125 laps while coming in dead last, or 37th place. It's the second time in the past three races Larson has ended up in the last position, as the problems continue for the driver of the No. 42 Chevy. He has managed just one top-10 finish, a sixth-place run at Phoenix, since the Daytona 500. The series shifts to a restrictor-plate track on April 28 at Talladega after the Easter break, and that might snap Larson back into form. Of course, he has no top-fives and only two top-10s in 10 Cup starts at 'Dega with a less-than-stellar 20.3 average-finish position.
