4 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Kyle Schwarber finished 1-for-4 with a home run in a 5-2 loss to the Cubs on Thursday. It was his seventh home run of the year, as he improved his season triple-slash line to .216/.315/.432. Like his teammate Josh Bell, Schwarber has begun to heat up at the plate this month, slashing .226/.368/.500 with five home runs, 13 RBI and nine runs scored through 17 games in May.
