3 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Kyle Schwarber reached base in all five of his plate appearances Thursday, going 1-for-1 with a double and four walks. He scored one run. He also got his first game action at first base in a 12-2 blowout win over the Minnesota Twins. Schwarber is off to a wild start in his first 42 plate appearances for Boston, slashing .400/.571/.633. He's going to show plenty of power, and his fantasy value will only climb if he continues his impressive run of plate discipline.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
