5 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Kyle Schwarber will be on the bench for Friday’s series opener versus the St. Louis Cardinals. Schwarber has become a fixture at the leadoff spot, but will start Friday’s game on the sidelines. Carlos Gonzalez will replace Schwarber in left field and bat third. Gonzalez is 2-for-9 so far in his Cubs career with a pair of RBI. Car-Go is in a prime spot today and could offer sneaky value in DFS versus Miles Mikolas.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
