Kyle Trask Throws Two Picks In Loss
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Kyle Trask finished by going 13 for 26 for 131 yards and two interceptions in Saturday's blowout loss to the Titans. Despite Blaine Gabbert being the starter, it was Trask who finished with the most passing yards among Gabbert, him, and Ryan Griffin. Nevertheless, the rookie's performance wasn't encouraging as he also fumbled (but recovered by Tampa) as well. The 23-year-old had a less than stellar preseason debut last week where he finished with 35 yards passing. For Trask to make a serious case to earn the QB2 role this season, he will need to step up next week in the preseason finale against Houston.
