3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker had an impressive day at the plate on Friday, homering twice in five at-bats while driving in four runs to help the club defeat the Los Angeles Angels 13-6. The 25-year-old has a 1.333 OPS in his first two games of the season. Tucker was one of the biggest names in fantasy baseball over the offseason after slashing .294/.359/.557 with 30 HRs and 14 SBs over 140 games in 2021. He was often off the board heading into the second round with an ADP of 12. Although Tucker will continue to hit and run a bit, he looks locked into the bottom half of the lineup, batting sixth in both games to begin the 2022 season. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too worried, however, as the Astros deep lineup will make sure he gets enough RBI opportunities going forward. Expect contributions in all five categories from Tucker the rest of the way.--Spencer Seguin - RotoBaller
