Kyren Williams, Jalen Ramsey Headed To PUP List

2 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams will place rookie running back Kyren Williams (foot), defensive back Jalen Ramsey (shoulders), linebacker Travin Howard (groin) and rookie safety Quentin Lake (undisclosed) on the Physically Unable to Perform list to open training camp. Williams broke his foot in early June, while Ramsey underwent an offseason shoulder surgery. Once Williams, a fifth-round pick, is ready to go, he'll be competing for touches behind Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson, who he could eventually supplant by season's end. Ramsey had surgery for an AC joint injury that he played the Super Bowl with. The 27-year-old probably won't play at all in the preseason, but the Rams still expect him to be ready to go by Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
