4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers linebacker Kyzir White (COVID-19 list) was placed on the COVID-19/reserve list Saturday, although it was not revealed whether he tested positive or was merely in contact with someone who had. Due to the ambiguity around the move, it's unclear whether Sunday's contest between the Chargers and Jets is in jeopardy, but the lack of fervor around the transaction indicates that things are moving forward as planned. White has compiled a career-high 68 tackles through the first nine games of the 2020 season, adding three passes defended, three quarterback hits, and half a sack to his stat sheet. Even without White, the Chargers Defense is in a golden fantasy spot Sunday, facing Joe Flacco and the Jets, who have struggled mightily to score this year.--Jesse Borek
