Lamar Jackson Sets Franchise Record In Comeback Win
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 37-of-43 passes for 442 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for 62 yards on 14 attempts in Monday's 31-25 overtime victory over the Indianapolis Colts. He got off to a slow start and lost a key fumble at the goal-line in the Ravens opening drive in the second half. The 24-year-old led the Ravens back from an 18-point deficit by firing three touchdowns in the second half to send the game into overtime. Jackson fired a 5-yard touchdown strike to Marquise Brown in OT to give the Ravens a 31-25 victory. He set a franchise record with 442 yards passing on Monday night. The 2019 NFL MVP has now thrown for 1,519 yards and an 8:3 TD: INT ratio while rushing for 341 yards on 56 attempts and two scores over five games in 2021. Jackson will look to continue his impressive play and is a surefire QB1 against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 6
