7 years agoLouisville quarterback Lamar Jackson's draft stock is falling, and NFLDraftScout.com's Rob Rang has Jackson projected to go 15th overall to the Arizona Cardinals in his latest mock draft. “Look, there is no getting around it, the question with (Jackson) is intelligence,” another scout said. If Arizona doesn't take him in the first round, there is a chance he'll slide to the second round. Jackson had poor scores on the Wonderlic test, too, which doesn't help his cause.
