4 years agoNew York Jets running back La'Mical Perine continues to work behind veteran Frank Gore in the backfield. It's unclear why head coach Adam Gase won't hand over the keys to the youngster in a winless season. Perine has some promising upside, but Gase continues to handicap his fantasy value. The New England Patriots are average when it comes to slowing down the running game. However, the Jets offensive line is terrible, so Perine won't have much room to run anyway. Maybe, Perine can be a low-end flex option for desperate PPR owners in Week 9.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
