3 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman/outfielder LaMonte Wade Jr. (leg contusion) exited Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Dodgers with a right lower leg contusion, per manager Gabe Kapler. He is considered day-to-day. Wade Jr. had gone 0-for-4 with four strikeouts before exiting. The Giants have dealt with various injuries this season, so hopefully Wade Jr.'s won't be too serious. He has done well at the plate this season, slashing .257/.341/.566 with 12 home runs and 27 RBI.
