3 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman/outfielder LaMonte Wade Jr. made his one hit count in Thursday's 7-0 win over the Rockies, going 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and a strikeout. Wade Jr. capped off a six-run fourth inning by demolishing a German Marquez fastball into the right-center seats for his 15th HR of the season. The 27-year-old has hit well this season, slashing .253/.332/.540 with 38 RBI.
