7 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Lance Lynn, who was acquired from the Twins this week, will slide into the rotation following the demotion of Sonny Gray to the bullpen. Lynn threw 4 1/3 scoreless innings in relief of Gray on Wednesday and struck out five in 71 pitches. The right-hander might not be much better of a fantasy option than Gray, though, as he had a 5.10 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and ugly 5.5 BB/9 in 20 starts with Minnesota. Consider Lynn a streaming option in good matchups in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
