Lance Lynn Set To Return On Saturday
4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn (trapezius) is geared up to be activated from the 10-day injured list on Saturday and start versus the Cleveland Indians. Lynn has been sidelined since his last start on April 15 with a strained right trapezius. The offseason acquisition has been great for the White Sox in the three starts he has made this season. The veteran has pitched to a 1-1 record with a 0.92 ERA and 27 strikeouts over 19 2/3 innings. Managers should have no issue slotting Lynn into Saturday's lineup versus an Indians lineup that the veteran spun six innings against in his last start and allowed just two hits, two runs, zero walks and struck out 10.
