4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn put together another strong performance on Thursday versus the Cleveland Indians. Lynn suffered a tough loss, but went six innings and allowed five hits, two runs, zero walks and struck out 10 on the afternoon. Lynn was cruising through the first five innings, but gave up a two-run home run with two outs to Jose Ramirez in the top of the sixth inning. That would be enough to carry the Indians to a victory and were also the first runs allowed by the veteran in three starts this season. Lynn has been very impressive with his new club and now owns a 1-1 record with a 0.92 ERA. He has also struck out 27 batters this season and hasn't issued a walk since giving up two in his first start of the season. Lynn should be started every time he is on the hill and he will look for continued success in a rematch versus the Indians on Tuesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
