3 years agoHouston Astros starter Lance McCullers Jr. allowed only one run on two hits through seven strong innings as the Astros took down the White Sox 7-1 to kick off the second half of the season. McCullers (7-2) struck out 10 hitters and was in control throughout, despite a rainstorm hitting the field in the middle of the third inning. The 27-year-old has picked up right where he left off before the break and has a sparkling 2.80 ERA over his last 15 starts. McCullers needs to be rostered in all formats and will be a pitcher worth targeting in DFS formats when he takes the mound next.--Joey C - RotoBaller
