3 years agoHouston Astros starter Lance McCullers Jr. picked up the loss on Sunday despite allowing only two runs through 5 2/3 innings pitched against the Angels. McCullers (9-4) has lost his last two starts and some of his peripherals are on the rise. McCullers has walked 20 batters over his last 47 1/3 innings pitched and carries a 1.40 WHIP over his last eight starts. McCullers is having a very solid season but will need to sharpen his control in future starts to get back to being an above-average fantasy starter.--Joey C - RotoBaller
