5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Latavius Murray had an excellent day against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8. The seventh-year veteran carried the ball 24 times for 102 yards, hauled in nine of 12 targets for 55 yards and found the end zone twice. With their bye coming up in Week 9 and starter Alvin Kamara (ankle) still injured, the Saints were content to lean on Murray again. The 29-year-old back has tallied at least 100 rushing yards and a touchdown in back-to-back games now. He's a must-start if Kamara is out and may have carved himself a role even if Kamara is healthy. Murray and the Saints will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their stingy run defense in Week 10.--Tim Capurso
