Latavius Murray - Week 5 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Latavius Murray confirmed Saturday what many who have spent time trying to decode the team's backfield already knew -- carries for running backs are "up in the air." After losing both J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards to torn ACL's before the season even began, Baltimore has put together an impressive cast of backs, albeit ones with sizable mileage on their legs. Murray is the current cream of the crop, having logged 18 carries for 59 yards and a score last Sunday, but Devonta Freeman is in the mix, alongside another former Pro Bowler in Le'Veon Bell, who could soon crack the rotation with greater frequency. There's also rookie Ty'Son Williams, who combined for 27 carries in the team's first three games. Any of Baltimore's backs are difficult to trust at this point in the season, especially as all get acclimated to the offense.
