Laviska Shenault Jr. Continues To Shine
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars second-year wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. continued his promising training camp performance with another strong showing in Thursday's practice. Per Jamal St. Cyr of News4Jax, Shenault "had another strong day... and made multiple defenders on the Jaguars defense look silly as they try to cover him." The report matches up with the consistent buzz Shenault has been generating all offseason long. The ascending wide receiver is looking to build on an impressive rookie campaign in which he racked up 58 receptions, 600 yards, and five touchdowns. Shenault has reportedly been running a wider variety of routes in camp, which should help him improve on his unimpressive 10.3 yards per reception mark from last season. Shenault remains an intriguing low-end WR3 option in drafts.
