Laviska Shenault Jr. Manages Just 30 Receiving Yards In Week 13
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. caught three of five targets for 30 yards and rushed three times for one yard in the team's brutal 37-7 Week 13 loss to the Rams. There was optimism coming into the week after Shenault moved back into the slot and racked up nine targets the week before, but this was a big step backward. The one-time trendy breakout pick can't seem to put together consistent production in Jacksonville's sputtering offense, regardless of where he lines up. It's worth noting that Shenault saw a lot of Jalen Ramsey in Week 13 and it was also nice to see him rack up three rushing attempts, but he just hasn't gotten it done this season. It's fair to hold out some hope with the second-year wideout back at his natural position, but he can't be counted on to be anything other than a low-end WR4 in PPR formats moving forward.
