3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (foot, shoulder) was not on the practice field on Wednesday. Shenault's status is worth watching heading into a Week 16 matchup with the New York Jets on Sunday. If Shenault is unable to play, it would make Marvin Jones Jr. and Laquon Treadwell more attractive as flex plays in deeper leagues in this inconsistent Jaguars offense. Shenault has at least five targets dating back to Week 10, but he just hasn't been able to do a whole lot with those looks, producing 24 receptions for 201 yards and no touchdowns in that span. The matchup against the Jets defense is nice, but Shenault has been a low-upside WR4/flex for the volume alone.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
