6 years agoEdmonton Oilers center Leon Draisaitl rolled up two goals with an assist in Sunday's 7-4 loss against the visiting Carolina Hurricanes. He and center Connor McDavid, who had two assists, were the only multi-point performers in the home setback. Right wing Zack Kassian also lit the lamp, and defenseman Brandon Manning rounded out the scoring. It wasn't a bad offensive night, but goaltender Cam Talbot didn't have it early on, giving up three goals on 15 shots before getting pulled midway through the first period. Mikko Koskinen was thrust into action, allowing three goals on 18 shots to finish up the rout.--Daniel Dobish
