Leonard Fournette Explodes For 103 Yards, Two Scores
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette powered his way to 103 rushing yards and two touchdowns in a 31-17 victory over the Panthers. Fournette operated as the second-half running back and looked pretty impressive doing so, as he averaged 8.6 yards per carry. The former Jaguars running back broke loose for a 46-yard scamper late in the fourth quarter that essentially sealed the game. Making things even better for his fantasy managers is the fact that fellow back Ronald Jones II picked up just 23 rushing yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Fournette may have just cut himself a much larger slice of the pie with this showing. Up next is a matchup with a Broncos' defense that just surrendered 106 rushing yards and a touchdown to James Conner.
