7 years agoThe Detroit Tigers have their leadoff man back, as outfielder Leonys Martin (hamstring) was activated off of the disabled list earlier Friday. The outfielder has had a solid season so far, posting a .294 average to go along with five home runs and 15 RBI. Martin will be back atop the Tigers order on Friday when Detroit takes on the Seattle Mariners. Martin is a reliable fantasy option for managers in leagues with 10 or more teams. He provides sound category coverage and can even chip in some stolen bases every once in a while. His return means a move back to a bench role for JaCoby Jones.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
