6 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Leonys Martin is going to be out of the lineup until the All-Star break according to manager Rob Gardenhire. Martin has been on the DL since July 1 with a hamstring strain. JaCoby Jones has been starting in center during his absence. Jones is hitting just .221 with seven home runs, 22 RBI and seven stolen bases in 2018. He has solid power and speed numbers, but he can't be trusted in lineups until his batting average improves.--Dan Fappiano
