LeSean McCoy Reaches End Zone In Win Over Dolphins
6 years agoBuffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy rushed 10 times for 26 yards and a touchdown while also catching two of three targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 42-17 win over the Dolphins. The touchdown was just his third of the year and his first in five appearances. The 10th-year back didn't run particularly well against the Dolphins as he had a long run of just nine yards and was caught behind the line twice. The game marked the third straight time that the sixth-time Pro Bowler has failed to average at least three yards a carry and seventh time this season. He finished the disappointing campaign with 514 yards and three touchdowns on 161 carries, along with 238 yards on 34 catches. It would be real surprising if the Bills brought the 30-year-old back for another season, especially considering that they could save $3.8 million of the $6.425 million that the team owes him by releasing the Harrisburg (PA) native. However, if McCoy is back in Buffalo, he will be the starter once again, and fantasy owners shouldn't think twice about nabbing him in the late rounds.
