LeSean McCoy To Play Through Injury
6 years agoBuffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy declined to speak to reporters following Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers, saying his sore ribs made it difficult to speak. McCoy left the game during the third quarter after taking a hard hit in the midsection by a Chargers defender before being fallen on by a teammate. He did return to the contest, but was removed from the rest of the game a little later. According to the NFL's Ian Rapoport, tests revealed no fractured ribs. The 30-year-old is currently considered to be questionable for Week 3, although he reportedly plans to play through the pain. McCoy has yet to be able to get anything going, like the rest of the Bills offense, so it would be wise for fantasy owners to bench him for the foreseeable future.
