7 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Leury Garcia (knee) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with a left knee sprain. Garcia was injured when stole third base on Wednesday. Garcia had been hitting the ball well replacing outfielder Avisail Garcia (hamstring). Trayce Thompson will likely see more at-bats with Garcia sidelined and can be avoided in all formats.
