4 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Le'Veon Bell disappointed in Week 8, but has a nice opportunity in a favorable matchup versus the Carolina Panthers in Week 9. The Panthers Defense is allowing 107 yards per game to opposing runners and is also giving up 51 yards a game in passing to them. Both of these benefit Bell, but he will once again be playing second fiddle to rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire. Bell's usage went down from 33% to 26% in his second game with the Chiefs, but managers shouldn't read too much into due to a blow out on the scoreboard last week. Bell has yet to have a breakout game with his new team, but Sunday provides him an excellent opportunity to do so. Bell should be considered a low-end flex option with upside in Week 9.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
